Where You Could Grow

Financial Educator

Work directly with people learning budget skills. You'll teach workshops, answer questions, and help folks figure out what actually works for their situation. Experience in adult education helps, but so does empathy.

Content Developer

Create learning materials that don't feel like textbooks. We need writers and designers who can explain tricky financial concepts without making people's eyes glaze over. Background in finance or education preferred.

Program Coordinator

Keep our programs running smoothly. You'll schedule sessions, coordinate with educators, track participant progress, and handle the logistics that make everything work. Strong organizational skills are essential here.

What Working Here Actually Looks Like

We're not going to say we're perfect. But we do try to create a workplace where people can do their best work without burning out. That means reasonable hours, actual support when you need it, and colleagues who genuinely want you to succeed.

Most of our team has been here for years, which tells you something. People stay because they feel valued and because the work matters. We help real people make better financial decisions, and that's pretty satisfying.

  • Flexible working arrangements that respect your life outside work
  • Professional development budget you actually get to use
  • Team that shares knowledge instead of hoarding it
  • Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it

Hear From The Team

We asked a couple of our people what it's really like working here. No corporate script, just honest thoughts about their experience.

Portrait of Desmond Rutherford

Desmond Rutherford

Senior Financial Educator

I spent years in traditional banking before joining arovtelouueli in 2022. The difference? Here, success means helping someone finally understand where their money goes each month. Not hitting sales targets or pushing products nobody needs.

Learning Program Manager

What surprised me most was how collaborative everything is. When I started in early 2023, I expected more hierarchy and red tape. Instead, good ideas can come from anywhere, and people actually listen. Makes coming to work more interesting.
